On Thursday, March 23, Comedy Night at the Orpheum is Back! Comedian Matthew Murray will be our headliner with Tom Liske as the opener. Matthew Murray’s comedy is observational in style, and always on point. His show is a mixture of life experience, ridiculous observation, and blatant lying. Tom Liske’s humor is based on a prairie viewpoint, human observations and topped off with some gentle, musical sarcasm! Tickets are $25 including taxes and are available at the Orpheum and Henders Drugs downtown Estevan. This comedy show has adult content and is not suitable for minors.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods is a superhero film based on the DC Comics character Shazam. The movie continues the story of teenage Billy Batson who, upon reciting the magic word "SHAZAM!" is transformed into his adult Super Hero alter ego, Shazam. Billy and his fellow foster kids are still learning how to juggle teenage life with their adult superhero alter egos. Classification is PG with violence and coarse language. Show time is 7:00 p.m. ending at approximately 9:10. There will be a matinee on Sunday, March 19 at 1:30 p.m. which will end at approximately 3:40.
